Not only did we loose Bill Wheeler now Marvin Gifford. He passed away August 17. I sure don't like this.

Yikes!!!
Does anyone feel like something is sneaking up on us? I really hate to hear about Bill and Marvin. I haven't seen Marvin since May 1965, I don't think. Did he ever come to a reunion? I think I may have seen Bill at a reunion, but I'm not sure. God bless them both.
Okay, I didn't tune in to this website until a couple of months ago and this question might have already been cussed and discussed but I have a question...I know she died, but what happened to Joyce Goldfield?

By the way, I see that I am always a "guest". What does it take to become a "member?"

Tim, you should be able to go through the register process and you shoud show up as a member.
I did update the board a few months ago and maybe they messed the register procedure up but I haven't heard anything about it and I have 2 of these boards on 2 web sites.

Tim,
As I understand it Joyce Goldfield had cancer. She is survived by a beautiful daughter that I was lucky enough to meet. Joyce was a teacher. I'm sure she was a great one.

Tom,
Thanks for telling me what happened. I always liked Joyce a lot and was very sad to hear of her passing. Does her daughter live in Norman?

Tim
Joyce's daughter, Joy, was living in Norman when I met her several years ago. She graduated from NHS and went to college in state, I think. My oldest got married and sorta loss touch with Joy.
